Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine (2 sticks)
    2 lb. confectioners sugar (2 boxes, sifted)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Melt margarine and cheese.
    Take off stove.
    Add sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Spread in buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until cool.
    Cut into squares.
