Mamie Eisenhower'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. chocolate bits
    1 (8 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 pkg. German sweet chocolate
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tall can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl place chocolate bits, Marshmallow Creme, German sweet chocolate and walnuts.
    In a saucepan place sugar, salt, oleo and evaporated milk.
    Heat to boiling and boil 6 minutes.
    Remove from heat and pour over dry ingredients.
    Mix quickly until all ingredients are blended and melted.
    Pour into jelly roll pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Score into small pieces.
    When well cooled, cut into pieces.
    Makes 5 pounds.
    Freezes well and makes great gifts.
