Country Spareribs With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    country spareribs
    4 or 5 potatoes, cut into small pieces
    1 apple, cut into small pieces
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 (28 oz.) can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain off fat.
    Place into a roaster or crock-pot.
    Add potatoes, apple, caraway seed and kraut.
    Cover with water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Keep checking to see if water is needed.
