Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated zucchini (3 large)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. grated carrots
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 Stove Top cornbread or chicken stuffing mix (both envelopes, dry)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
