German Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained (reserve 2 Tbsp. drippings)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 can sauerkraut, washed and drained
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potato slices until tender; mix sour cream, onion soup mix, mushroom soup, lemon juice and mustard.
    Heat sauerkraut in 2 tablespoons pork drippings.
    Alternate layers of potatoes, cream mixture and sauerkraut.
    Place bread crumbs on top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
