Baked Perch Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. perch fillets (1/4 lb. per serving)
1 small onion, sliced thin
1/8 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin
2/3 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
2 tsp. parsley
3 Tbsp. chicken broth
Preparation

Cover bottom of baking dish with onion slices.
Add layer of mushrooms.
Place fish fillets on top.
Cover with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with parsley.
Pour broth over all.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness at thickest part.
