Pineapple Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook rice until dry and fluffy.
    Put 1/2 in small buttered casserole, cover with 1/2 pineapple and sugar.
    Dot with butter. Add second layer in same manner and bake in moderate oven until slightly brown on top.
    Serve as vegetable with ham.
