Herb Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red or white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 to 2 1/2 tsp. mixed dried herbs (oregano, dill, marjoram, savory, basil, thyme and tarragon)
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid, or in a cruet; shake well.
This will keep well for at least 2 weeks, if refrigerated.
