Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 small flour tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar/Mozzarella mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain fat.
    Add seasoning mix and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until water cooks down (about 5 minutes).
    Warm tortillas until soft.
    Combine can of soup, sour cream and half of the cheese.
    Mix and set aside.
