14 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    8 oz. coconut
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add oil, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
    Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
    Then blend thoroughly.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool; frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
