Viennese Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. nuts, ground or 1 c. coconut
    pinch of salt
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and add all other ingredients.
    Roll into the size of a walnut.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while hot and then when they get cold, roll in sugar again.
    Makes about 48 cookies.
