Sausage And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. John Morrell tasty links pork sausage
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (or 3 to 4 c. cooked vegetables)
    4 to 5 slices American or process Swiss cheese, cut in half diagonally into 8 to 10 triangles
Preparation
    Cook sausages as directed on package. Drain and cool slightly; cut in half. Cook vegetables according to package; drain. Spoon half the vegetables into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with half the cheese, arranging the remaining cheese triangles around the outside edge of the casserole. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and mixture is heated through. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
