Worth Waiting For Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes, sliced
    3 onions, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and onions in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper over vegetables.
    Spoon browned and drained ground beef over top.
