Apple-Grape-Cabbage Salad With Honey And Sour Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large red apple, unpeeled and diced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grapes (any kind), halved and seeded
    2 c. shredded green cabbage, packed
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. crushed aniseed or celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss apple with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
    Add grapes and cabbage.
    Mix to blend sour cream, honey, aniseed, salt and pepper; spoon over salad.
    Toss lightly. Chill 1/2 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
