Stuffed Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillets, pounded flat
1 c. Stove Top stuffing, prepared
3 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Place approximately 1 tablespoon prepared stuffing mix in center of each fillet and roll up.
Place in square baking dish sprayed with Pam (glass for microwaving), seam side down.
Repeat with other fillets.
Mix together bread crumbs, parsley flakes and seasoned salt.
Spray top of each fillet with Pam and sprinkle with bread crumb mix.
Microwave at 50% power for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
Serve with topping of White Sauce.
