Apple (Or Pear) Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated or chopped apples or pears (use more for a moister cake)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat well.
Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to first mixture. Add fruit and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured (or sprayed) 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
May be glazed or served with whipped topping.
