Crusty Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fish fillets
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
    1 1/2 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut fillet into serving pieces.
    Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 salt and pepper, dry mustard and lemon juice. Pour over fish.
    Sprinkle with toast crumbs and parsley flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
