Ham Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. ground cooked ham
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
    Stir in eggs.
    Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Stir in ham and pineapple.
    Spoon 1/4 cupfuls into a small amount of hot oil; brown on both sides.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    Yields 8 servings.
