Boston Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c sour milk
2 c All Bran
1 c brown sugar
3 Tbsp molasses
2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c raisins
Preparation

Soak sour milk and All Bran in a separate mixing bowl.
Mix sugar, molasses, flour, soda and salt alternately with soaked All Bran.
Add raisins.
Pour into well greased tin cans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes four 14 oz cans or five 10 oz cans.
