Dumplings(For Stew Or Ham And Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Crisco
    cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Rub in Crisco lightly. Add enough water to make dough hold together.
    Drop by tablespoon. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Don't raise cover for 15 minutes.
