Mom'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    4 slices bread, moistened
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    parsley
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Shape into round cakes.
    Either fry in oil or brown in butter.
    Let crab cakes chill in refrigerator for several hours before frying.
    Can also brown in oven for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
