Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix and pour over carrots.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
