Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 onions, diced
    3 carrots, diced
    1 stick butter
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 cans chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    16 oz. heavy cream
    8 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes. Soak in water with 2 tablespoons lemon juice for 1 hour. Then saute onions and carrots in butter. Add potatoes, cream of chicken soup, 6 cans of water, chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste and 1 bay leaf. Simmer. When potatoes are done, add heavy cream and flour (may be lumpy but will melt as it cooks). Add sour cream before serving.
