Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add vanilla and salt.
Beat in sugar.
Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.
Drop a teaspoon of mixture for each cookie on shiny side of foil placed on a cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Turn off heat.
Put cookies in oven and take out the next morning.
If not left overnight, leave in oven for 4 to 5 hours.
