Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    5 large, ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Cream sugars, oil and eggs.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, and mix well. Add vanilla, bananas and nuts; mix well.
    Pour half of mixture into each pan and bake for 1 hour or until brown.
