Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard (jar mustard)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender, but still crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool carrots.
Then add onion and pepper, sliced in strips, over carrots.
Cover with marinade.
