Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
7 oz. coconut
Preparation

Melt oleo; add sugar and flour.
Beat in eggs; add milk and flavoring.
Mix well and add coconut, mixing well with all ingredients.
Pour into 2 well-greased pie pans and bake at 350\u00b0, until golden brown.
