Maple Syrup Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh pared, cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. maple pancake syrup
    1/2 c. salted sunflower seeds
    parsley (garnish)
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Place butter in baking dish; place in oven to melt as oven preheats to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare potatoes; cut into 2-inch chunks.
    Turn potatoes in melted butter in baking dish until coated on all sides.
    Drizzle syrup evenly over potatoes; sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
