Yeast Bread Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
shortening
2 c. warm water
7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation

Mix yeast, salt and 1/4 cup water; stir.
Add sugar, shortening and 2 cups water, then gradually add flour.
Knead and let it rise until double in size.
Now it's ready to shape in rolls or a loaf. Let rise again, then bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes if making rolls or bake loaf at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
