Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large purple onion
    1 large carrot
    1 medium cucumber
    2 large pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. mayonnaise (no salad dressing)
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables and lay each on paper towel to drain. Change towel two or three times, making sure there is no liquid left.
    Mix all ingredients together in food processor.
    Feeds 50 people.
