Finger Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    6 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    12 oz. unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Pour water into a bowl.
    Sprinkle gelatin over the water to soften and dissolve.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to further dissolve gelatin.
    Stir orange juice concentrate into water mixture and pour into 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Chill and cut into fun shapes.
    Serve cold or at room temperature.
    Serves 16.
