Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 stick oleo
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of 3-quart covered casserole.
    Sprinkle soup mix over rice.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Melt oleo in water; pour over chicken and rice.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour and uncovered 30 minutes.
