Zucchini Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt (I don't use it)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs (at room temperature)
    1 c. oil (I use vegetable oil)
    2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Generously grease standard size muffin pans.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
