Dill Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. nonfat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped dill
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese and lemon juice in blender for 3 to 5 minutes at medium speed until smooth. Stir in onion powder, parsley, dill and pepper.
    Chill and serve with fresh vegetables.
