Overnight Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    14 oz. frozen peas, thawed
    8 oz. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sour cream
    sliced hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Put bite-size lettuce
    pieces in bottom of bowl.
    Layer peas, chestnuts and mushrooms.
    Frost with mayonnaise and sour cream, mixed.
    Sprinkle with
    sugar
    and Parmesan.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and chill
    overnight.
    Top
    with
    grated
    Cheddar, boiled eggs and bacon before serving.
