Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. cream
    1 c. brown sugar
    dash of salt
    2 eggs
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows.
    Mix well. Spoon into buttered casserole.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
