Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned salmon, drained
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients; drop mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil (375\u00b0).
    They will brown in about 1 minute.
    Drain and serve with tartar sauce.
