Creamed Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 large onion
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    3 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. cubed turkey, cooled
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook until tender the butter or oleo and onion.
    Add and cook for 20 minutes the chicken broth and diced potatoes.
    Add and cook for 10 minutes the cubed turkey, peas, carrots, salt and pepper and rubbed sage.
    Stir in and heat until hot the cream and milk.
    Makes 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
