Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups pecan halves
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil slowly the milk and sugar. Just before reaching the soft ball stage, add the pecans. When soft ball stage is reached, remove and beat until creamy. Quickly, drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Cool completely before removing.
