Lori'S Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. salsa (hot)
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    10 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/4 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and garlic; drain and add salsa, tomato sauce, Ro-Tel, water, salt and seasoning pouch.
    Bring to
    a boil; reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 18.
