Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk (1 c. milk plus 1 Tbsp. vinegar may be used instead of buttermilk)
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in blender for 30 seconds. Pour into greased pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife blade inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
