Artichokes With Curry-Mustard Dip(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large artichokes
    1 c. light Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Clean and trim artichokes.
    Bring stock and wine to boil. Lower heat and steam artichokes covered for 40 minutes.
