Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. long grain rice (not Minute rice)
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 qt. tomatoes (canned)
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Skin chicken; roll in flour and brown in skillet.
    Remove chicken and place in 3 or 4-quart casserole dish.
    Brown onion in skillet and pour rice over chicken in casserole dish.
    Add tomatoes, water and onion.
    Cover tightly with tinfoil.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
