Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Colby or Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cook spinach as per directions on package; drain well.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add spinach.
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, cheese, half and half and sauteed spinach; mix well.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked deep dish pie shell or two 9-inch unbaked regular pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
