Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 box snack crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well. Mix in mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, egg and onion. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
