Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order listed.
    Blend in small mixer until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle topping over the casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    This can be made ahead of time and frozen before baked.
    Thaw and bake as instructed when ready to use.
