Curried Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked, cooled and cut in large chunks
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Place broccoli spears in dish.
Layer chicken chunks on top of broccoli.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 1/2 hour.
