Tater Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Idaho potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bottle bacon bits
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin; place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven. Serve hot!
