Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken up
    1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 head cauliflower, broken up
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 medium container Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon.
    Sprinkle sugar on top, then add mayonnaise.
    Spread evenly, then add cheese. Cover; refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
    Toss just before serving.
