Turkey And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turkey breast, chopped cutlets
    1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. bell peppers, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 c. chicken stock or water
    2 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. converted rice
Preparation
    In 1/2 stick margarine, cook turkey and sausage until done. Set aside.
    In large stock pot cook in 2 sticks margarine and saute vegetables until clear.
    Add tomatoes, Tabasco sauce, seasonings and chicken stock.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice and bring back to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 15 minutes or until most of liquid is gone.
    Serve with your favorite cornbread and collard greens.
